The base color of the gemstone is a dark grey. The natural property, chatoyancy, of the labradorite gemstone ,creates flashes of blue and green when hit by light, exuding a magical quality! Each faceted labradorite oval shaped bead measures approximately 3/4 inch long by 5/8 inch wide. There are 5 silver-plated beads interspersed throughout this stunning piece and a silver lobster clasp easily closes at the back. The necklace is 18 1/2 inches in length and has an additional 2 inch extender chain at the back.
